July 8 (Reuters) -The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1945 GMT on Monday:
** Brazilian logistics firm Transpetro, a unit of state-run oil firm Petrobras PETR4.SA, said it has launched a procurement notice to commission four new coastal vessels, which it hopes will help revive the nation's shipbuilding sector.nL1N3J00U8
** Private equity firm Bain Capital is nearing a deal to acquire Envestnet ENV.N, a U.S. financial software vendor with a market value of about $3.5 billion, people familiar with the matter said. nL1N3J00SK
** British lender Metro Bank MTRO.L said it was in talks about a potential disposal of residential mortgage loans worth billions of pounds. nL4N3J018G
** Masimo MASI.O said a potential joint venture partner is prepared to offer $850 million to $950 million for its consumer business, which includes health and audio products. [nL4N3J0106]
** Skydance Media and Paramount Global PARA.O agreed to merge, the companies announced late on Sunday, scripting a new chapter for one of Hollywood's oldest studios. nL1N3IZ075
** Devon Energy DVN.N said it had entered into a deal to acquire private equity firm EnCap-owned Grayson Mill Energy's Williston basin business in a cash-and-stock deal worth $5 billion, as it aims to cash in on high stock valuations to grow acreage. nL4N3J00T0
** Vista Outdoor VSTO.N rejected investment firm MNC Capital's final buyout offer of $3.2 billion, citing that it undervalued the company, and said it had agreed to an increased bid for its ammunition unit from Czechoslovak Group (CSG).nL4N3J00OM
** Eli Lilly LLY.N agreed to buy Morphic Holding MORF.O for $3.2 billion in cash, the companies said, beefing up its portfolio of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) drugs and expanding its footprint in the multi-billion dollar market.nL4N3J00R3
** UK's competition regulator said it has cleared U.S. medical equipment maker Thermo Fisher Scientific's TMO.N $3.1 billion deal to buy Swedish biotech firm Olink Holding AB OLK.O. nL4N3J00Q1
** Carlsberg CARLb.CO has agreed to buy British soft drinks maker Britvic BVIC.L for 3.3 billion pounds ($4.23 billion), a move the Danish brewer said would forge a UK beverage "powerhouse" and that sent both companies' shares higher. nL4N3J00DT
** The Grifols family and Canadian fund Brookfield have agreed to launch a joint takeover bid for Spanish drugmaker Grifols GRLS.MC with the intent to delist it, the companies said in regulatory filings. nL1N3J0081
** Attica Bank BOAr.AT, Greece's fifth largest lender, announced an initial agreement to merge with the smaller Pancretan Bank in an effort to clean up its balance sheet and create a new banking organisation. nL8N3IW0M6
