'Industrial technology powerhouse': Stifel starts Hexagon with 'buy'
** Stifel initiates Sweden's Hexagon HEXAb.ST with a "buy" rating and a PT of SEK 130, vs SEK 101.3 at Tuesday's close, saying it expects the industrial technology group to sustain its strong track record
** The brokerage calls the company a "powerhouse" in the sector thanks to its exposure to fast-growing markets and benefits from global mega-trends
** It says Hexagon's state-of-the-art hardware and software product portfolio position it well to capture growth
** Stifel notes the company has consistently delivered high single-digit or low double-digit adj. EBIT growth driven by its ever-growing software exposure and strong execution
** It sees room for Hexagon to outperform 2026 adj. EBIT expectations, and expects it to comfortably reach its 2026 EBIT margin target of more than 30%
** It adds Hexagon's valuation is close to 10-year lows despite its faster-than-ever mid-cycle growth potential
** Out of 23 analysts that cover Hexagon, ten rate it "strong buy" or "buy", nine "hold", and four "sell"
