UK homebuilders rise after BoE's Bailey hints at faster rate cuts
Corrects brokerage name in bullet no. 2 to Investec, from Peel Hunt
** Shares of UK housebuilders .FTNMX402020 rise 1.4% after Bank of England Governor Andrew Bailey said the central bank could move more aggressively to cut interest rates if there is further good news on inflation
** Investecanalyst Aynsley Lammin says housebuilders have gained on the expectation that the forthcoming rate cuts may come quicker than had been expected following Bailey's comments
** BoE rate cuts filter down to lower mortgage rates, boosting demand for homes
** Persimmon PSN.L up about 3%, top gainer in the sector and FTSE 100 index .FTSE
** Barratt BDEV.L, Vistry VTYV.L and Taylor Wimpey TW.L gain between 1% and 1.7%
