** Says investors have become "comfortable" with strength of organization and management as reflected in stock gains since former CEO Brian Niccol left
** Reaffirms "neutral" rating and expects Q3 same-store sales growth to exceed consensus of 6.1%, according to data compiled by LSEG
** "We get the sense that investor optimism has increased around the idea of CMG taking incremental pricing actions in the 4Q24" - brokerage
** Says price increases could boost Q4 and FY2025 SSS estimates
** 24 of 35 brokerages rate the stock "buy" or higher, and 11 "hold", with a median PT of $65
** Up to Thursday's close, stock has risen ~28% YTD
